Refund and Returns Policy

At Positive Feeder, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. We aim for you to feel positive about every item you receive. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Window

We accept requests for Returns or Exchanges within 7 days of the product delivery date. This period allows you to inspect your T-shirt.

Important Note for Bangladeshi Customers: Due to the nature of online apparel sales and delivery logistics (including Cash on Delivery – COD), returns are primarily accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items shipped by us. Change of mind, wrong size ordered by the customer, or dislike of color may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exchange only, subject to the terms below.

Conditions for Acceptance

For any return or exchange to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Condition: The T-shirt must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and exactly as you received it.
  2. Packaging & Tags: All original packaging, price tags, and labels must be intact and attached.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide your Order Number or a copy of the original invoice/receipt.
  4. Unboxing Video (Highly Recommended): To simplify dispute resolution regarding delivery condition (damage, wrong item), we strongly recommend you record an unboxing video from the moment you open the delivery package until you inspect the product. A valid unboxing video may be required for claims of damage or wrong item.

Refund Processing (If Applicable)

  1. Initiation: Contact us at support@positivefeeder.com with your Order ID and reason.
  2. Inspection: Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection (QC), we will notify you.
  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 Working Days.
    • If paid via MFS (e.g., bKash/Nagad): Refund may be sent to your wallet/account within 5 Working Days upon approval.
    • If paid via Card/COD Return: The reversal process may take longer depending on the bank/MFS processor.
  4. Deductions: If the return is not due to our fault, the original delivery charge (courier fee) and any payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
